All about the golf and course:

To play a golf course, it will be necessary to complete 18 holes in an established order. The first stroke of each hole is made on the tee of exit, and the last one will be able to put the ball in the hole. The result is obtained summing up the number of blows with which it has managed to put the ball in each hole.

The total result will be, therefore, the sum of the 18 results that have been obtained during the game of each hole. The evaluation of that result in a competition will depend, however, on other factors: the modality that is being played and the weighting of the level of play of each player (handicap system, very important in golf, since it is the tool for getting all players compete on equal terms, regardless of their level of play). The first blow is always long to get as close to the hole as possible. For the kick-off, you can place the ball on a wooden or plastic support, called tee, in order to facilitate the impact. The following strikes will be made with the ball as it rests.

Once on the green, the player no longer strikes the ball strongly to fly at a distance, but rather strikes it with a special stick - putter - to roll and enter the hole. The player who manages to hit the ball in a hole making the number of strokes established has fulfilled the whole pair. If you get the same throughout the course, even if it is a half for having made more hits in some holes and less in others, you will have completed the field pair.

Philosophy of golf:

Play the ball as it reads Play the field as you find it and if you cannot do that, do what's right But to do what's right, you have to know the Golf Rules. It's the best game in the world, its fun, it's difficult and you're in the middle of that green grass, just you and the ball, you do not have to win anyone, just yourself. It is the only game where you can ask for a penalty if you are honest, most are ... there is no other game like golf. If you like green, this is your sport. It seems passive at first sight, but it is quite the opposite: you move all the muscles (you walk, you stretch, and you bend down: you exercise your wrists, your shoulders, your glutes, and your waist. Reduces cardiovascular problems (regulates triglycerides and increases good cholesterol). It is very fun and conveys values of sport, behavior, and education. In addition to physical exercise and maintaining or improving health there are other reasons:

➢     Escape the usual routine.

➢     Being in contact with nature in a quiet environment

➢     Fun with friends

➢     Social Commitments

➢     Enjoy with family.
